统筹学院科研战略、制度体系、科研布局与科研图谱制定，前沿信号体系建设，师生前沿探索课题开展与学院研究中心等建设，开放协同育人生态建设（高校合作、政企科研合作等）的科研内涵建设工作。 1.负责构建权责清晰、程序规范、高效诚信、目标导向的科研管理体系，包括制度建设，构建跨学科、跨领域的融合研究平台（研究中心）等。 2.负责开展和管理学院内部重大有组织科研项目（如标杆项目、火炬项目），包括项目立项评审、过程管理、结题验收与成果评估的全流程管理和资源等。 3.负责开展和管理学院内部各类前沿探索课题（如全职导师课题、全时导师课题、人才早链接课题、兼职导师课题、学生课题等），包括项目立项评审、过程管理、结题验收与成果评估的全流程管理和资源统筹。 4.负责构建与国内外顶尖高校、其它科研机构建立良好的合作协同关系，开展科研育人共创、建设前沿开放的科研生态。包括组织高水平国内外学术会议、研讨会、讲座，推动与国内外顶尖高校、科研机构、头部企业的实质性合作研究等。 5.领导交办的其他任务和工作。

1.硕士及以上学历，10年及以上相关工作经验，人工智能、计算机等理工科背景优先。 2.拥有出色的沟通协调能力与团队合作精神，能够与不同部门、不同角色的人员进行良好的沟通与协作。 3.对AI领域有一定了解和洞见，对AI行业发展趋势和前景、市场动态、政府政策有深入了解和预判的能力。 4.有高校及科研机构相关部门、AI科技企业等相关工作经验的复合型人才优先。
