1.熟练掌握 Python/Java/C++ 等主流编程语言，深入理解面向对象编程思想与设计模式，具备 AI 算法工程化落地相关编码经验； 2.精通计算机视觉核心技术，熟悉图像识别、目标检测、图像分割等算法原理与实现； 3.熟悉生成式AI与大模型，了解 GPT、Diffusion、LLaMA 等模型原理，具备大模型微调、Prompt Engineering 或多模态模型融合开发经验； 4.精通AI模型部署，熟悉 TensorRT、ONNX Runtime、TorchServe 等部署工具，能完成模型量化、剪枝、加速等工程优化，适配 CPU/GPU/边缘设备等不同部署环境； 5.具备良好的问题分析与解决能力，能够应对复杂技术挑战，有跨团队协作项目经验者优先； 6.具备优秀的沟通表达能力与团队管理意识，能够清晰传达技术方案。
