1.提供日常法律咨询与专项法律意见，支撑研创学一体化业务开展；审核、修订合同、合作协议、股权相关文件等法律文本，覆盖早期科技项目投融资、集团合规运营、股权运作等核心场景。 2.参与合规风控与内控体系建设，对规章制度、决策流程、股权管理规范进行合法性审查，深度参与内部治理与市场化运作载体建设。 3.为创新创业项目孵化、投孵联动、科技成果转化提供全流程法律保障，覆盖知识产权保护、股权登记与流转等专项事务。 4.组织非诉讼谈判、协调与调解，协助处理诉讼、仲裁等纠纷，维护学院及公司合法权益。 5.完成领导交办的其他法律与合规相关工作。

1.拥护中国共产党领导，品行端正、遵纪守法，认同高校产学研与科创企业发展理念。 2.身体健康，具备良好的职业素养与责任心。 3.通过国家统一法律职业资格考试，取得法律职业资格证书。 4.有下列经验者优先考虑：知识产权法、科技成果转化相关经验可一并纳入考量。 -早期科技项目投融资方向：早期股权投资（天使/VC/PE）、创业公司股权架构设计、融资文件审核（TS/SPA/股东协议等）、投后合规管理； -集团化法务管理方向：大型集团或上市公司法务经验，熟悉集团管控、子公司治理、多层级合规体系建设、制度审查。 5.文字功底扎实，沟通表达与组织协调能力突出，熟练使用办公软件，具备良好的英语应用能力。 6.逻辑清晰、分析判断能力强，熟悉企业治理与市场化运作，能快速响应孵化、股权、产业合作等业务需求。
