The posting

1. 负责具身智能自然物理反馈项目中的机器人硬件平台搭建、维护与迭代，包括灵巧手、机械臂、传感器、执行器、结构件和实验工装等硬件系统。 2. 根据实验实际需求，完成机器人结构设计、改装、加工对接、装配调试、电路板设计、传感器/驱动器集成、线缆整理和安全测试。 3. 协助完成相关实验场景的硬件实现，解决实机部署中的实际工程问题，并整理必要的硬件文档、物料清单、装配说明和调试记录。

1. 具备扎实的机械与电子基础，熟悉常用机械设计软件及电路设计工具，能独立完成结构件设计、加工图纸输出、样机装配和基础 PCB/电路设计。 2. 熟悉电机、舵机、驱动器、传感器、MCU/嵌入式模块、常见通信接口及实验室安全规范。 3. 具有极强的动手能力、现场调试能力和责任心，能够把算法或实验设想落到可运行的机器人硬件系统上。 4. 不强制要求承担学术研究任务，但需要理解科研实验需求，能够支持多轮样机迭代和实验平台稳定运行。
