1. 底层架构与系统移植： 负责基于 ARM Cortex 系列（M/A核）MCU/MPU 的底层驱动开发、硬件抽象层（HAL）设计及实时操作系统（RTOS/嵌入式 Linux）的裁剪与移植。 2. 核心控制链路实现： 负责机器人执行器的闭环控制，包括但不限于高频电机伺服控制（FOC、力位混合控制）、多源传感器（IMU、里程计、LiDAR、Camera）的高精度时钟对齐与数据流融合，为上层 SLAM 提供高频、高鲁棒性的里程计输入。 3. 实时通信与中间件： 参与设计机器人实时通信架构，优化任务调度与资源分配，确保运动控制指令在 RTOS 或 Linux+ROS 环境下的确定性与实时性。 4. 导航算法落地与部署： 与感知、导航算法团队紧密配合，负责激光/视觉 SLAM（如 Fast-LIO, VINS-Mono）及路径规划算法在异构边缘端（如 Jetson、嵌入式 Linux）的工程化部署、软硬联调与性能指标调优。 5. 科研转化与落地： 与算法团队紧密配合，负责先进模型（如 VLA 视觉语言动作模型、运动规划算法）在嵌入式端的工程化部署、软硬联调及性能指标达成。

1. 技术功底： 精通 C/C++ 编程，具备优秀的软件工程习惯。深入理解操作系统内核（中断处理、任务调度、内存管理），能编写高并发、高鲁棒性的底层代码。 2. 空间感知与定位基础： 理解多传感器坐标系变换（TF）、手眼标定及空间几何原理；对经典激光/视觉 SLAM 框架及多源融合算法有直观的数学和物理理解，能配合算法人员定位和解决极端场景下的定位漂移问题。 3. 硬件驾驭能力： 精通 STM32、NXP、TI 等主流处理器外设（CAN-FD、SPI、I2C、Ethernet），具备极强的硬件调试能力，熟练操作逻辑分析仪、示波器等仪器。 4. 运动控制理解： 熟悉电机控制原理及常用控制算法（PID、LQR 等），对机器人学基础（运动学、动力学）有直观的理解，能够快速处理机电系统中的非线性干扰。 5. 工程解决能力： 具备良好的逻辑思维和系统分析能力，面对复杂的“软硬协同”Bug 能进行严密的闭环推导，具备在压力下快速复现并解决问题的能力。

加分项（满足以下任意一项将优先考虑）： - 具备视觉 SLAM（如 ORB-SLAM3、VINS-Mono）和激光 SLAM（如 LIO-SAM、Fast-LIO）的实际工程落地经验，精通多传感器多源融合（IMU、轮式里程计、激光雷达、Camera），能解决遮挡、高动态、长廊等极端场景下的定位漂移问题。 - 熟练掌握 ROS2 Nav2 导航框架，精通全局/局部路径规划算法（如 A, Hybrid A, DWA, TEB），具备在复杂动态场景、窄道或大坡度环境下的导航调优与底盘控制闭环经验。 - 有人形机器人、工业六轴机械臂或高性能移动底盘的底层控制系统完整开发经验。 - 精通 EtherCAT（SOEM/EtherCAT Master）、CANopen、DDS 或其他高性能实时总线协议。 - 熟悉 ROS/ROS2 架构及 Micro-ROS 部署，有基于 NVIDIA Jetson 或国产 NPU 的异构计算开发经验。 - 硕士期间在 RoboMaster、RoboCup 或相关高水平机器人挑战赛中担任技术负责人。
