The posting

1.社会资源拓展与捐赠人关系维护。负责校董、捐赠人及潜在捐赠方的日常联络与对接，主动拓展社会资源渠道，建立并维护长期稳定的合作关系，提升基金会社会影响力。 2.公益项目策划与落地执行。统筹公益项目的需求调研、方案策划、立项申报与组织实施，协调校内外各方资源，推动项目高质量落地并达成预期目标。 3.捐赠协议统筹与项目全过程管理。负责捐赠协议的起草、审核、签署及归档管理，对项目实施全过程进行跟踪、监督与绩效评估，确保捐赠资金使用合规、透明、高效。 4.信息公开披露与日常运营保障。负责基金会公益信息的公开披露与档案管理，维护基金会品牌形象；统筹处理基金会各项日常行政运营事务，常态化保障基金会高效有序运转。 5.完成领导交办的其他事情。

基本条件

1.政治立场坚定，拥护党和国家的各项方针政策，遵守宪法和法律，认同公益事业理念。 2.身体健康，思想品德端正，心理素质良好，具有较强的抗压能力。 3.组织纪律性强，爱岗敬业、踏实勤恳，有较强的责任心和服务意识。 4.硕士及以上学历学位，公共管理、法学、金融、社会学、教育学等相关专业优先。

能力素质

1.具备良好的沟通协调与公关能力，善于对接校内外资源，有较强的文字写作与方案策划能力，注重细节，团队合作精神好。 2.有基金会、公益组织、高校行政管理或相关领域工作经验者优先。 3.英文水平良好，能满足日常对外交流与文书处理需要。 4.熟练使用办公软件，具备基础的财务与法律常识，能灵活运用人工智能工具提升工作效率。
