CQ计划是上海创智学院面向新一轮科研范式变革，以内生性创新驱动的科研基础设施建设工程，目标是系统性构建一个可持续运行、可扩展演化的科研智能基础设施与运行体系。其核心在于推动科研从“以人和经验为中心的手工模式”，迈向“以模型、系统和自动化为核心的智能化模式”，从而重塑科学问题提出、知识生成与成果转化的全过程。在战略层面，CQ计划定位为底座性、长期性工程，其价值不在于短期论文或项目数量，而在于是否能够形成一套可复制、可推广的科研智能运行范式，为更大尺度的高校体系、城市层面乃至国家层面的科研智能建设提供可验证样本。

职位描述： 1.负责搭建并维护事业部 PMO 体系，统筹项目计划、里程碑、台账、例会、复盘和成果归档，确保项目推进形成闭环。​ 2.负责支撑事业部主任开展日常运营管理，统筹阶段目标、重点任务、上会材料、汇报材料和经营分析，服务重大事项决策。​ 3.负责统筹算力、平台、人员等各类资源的申请、建账、调配和复盘，推动资源投入与成果产出挂钩。​ 4.负责统筹招聘与用工管理，推动关键岗位、项目制岗位和科研实习生的招聘、到岗、考核和退出，保障组织快速运转。​ 5.负责推动事业部制度和流程落地，覆盖预算执行、成本核算、任务督办、考核复盘和风险预警，保障事业部规范高效运行。​ 6.负责对接学院科技发展部及相关职能部门、科研团队和外部合作方，推动跨部门协同和重点问题闭环解决。

1.本科及以上学历，管理、理工科或理工与管理复合背景优先。​ 2.具备 5 年及以上 PMO、项目管理、运营管理或复杂组织协同经验，有平台型组织、创新业务单元或科研项目管理经验者优先。​ 3.具备较强的项目统筹能力，能够将复杂任务拆解为清晰的目标、节奏和交付，并推动多角色协同落地。​ 4.具备较强的资源协调和问题推动能力，能够在科研、工程、职能和合作方之间高效沟通、快速闭环。​ 5.具备较强的文字表达和材料输出能力，能够独立完成汇报材料、制度方案、预算说明和阶段总结。​ 6.具备结果导向、执行力和抗压能力，适应项目制、高节奏和动态调整的工作方式，认同创奇事业部的战略导向和企业化运行机制。​

加分项：​ 1.有科研院所、实验室平台、AI 平台、创新中心、事业部或创业公司 PMO/运营负责人经验。​ 2.有从0到1搭建PMO体系、组织级项目管理机制或跨部门协同机制的经验。​ 3.对 AI4Science、科研数字化、模型服务平台或数据共享平台有理解或实践经验。​ 4.有招聘用工、预算测算、成本核算、资源建账或对外合作管理经验。
