1.前沿项目全生命周期管理 负责大模型、AI Agent、科学计算、智能系统、多模态、RAG 与工具调用等前沿创新项目的目标定义、里程碑规划、资源统筹、进度管控、风险把控与交付闭环，兼顾科研探索性与工程确定性。 2.科研与工程协同管理 衔接研究团队与工程团队，建立科研成果快速工程化的流程与机制，推动论文、原型、实验结论稳定转化为可复现、可部署、可迭代的系统与产品。 3.跨组织协同与资源推进 统筹算力、数据、实验室、合作方、外部专家等关键资源，协调研究、算法、工程、产品、测试、运维等多方角色，高效解决项目阻塞点，保障前沿项目稳定推进。 4.研发体系与流程建设 结合创新研究机构特点，设计适配大模型训练、Agent 研发、科学计算、原型迭代的项目管理机制、里程碑体系、评审机制与复盘方法，在保持研究灵活性的同时提升交付效率与质量。 5.风险管控与决策支撑 主动识别研究不确定性、算力瓶颈、数据依赖、系统集成、版本迭代、合作对接等风险，制定预案并推动解决；输出专业项目报告，为管理层决策提供依据。 6.创新产品落地与标准化 推动前沿技术从实验室走向场景验证与示范应用，参与成果转化、专利、论文、技术报告等相关支撑工作，提升机构科研影响力与产品竞争力。

背景要求： 研究生及以上学历，具备大模型、机器学习、深度学习、分布式系统知识优先。

核心经验： 1.3 年及以上 TPM / 技术项目管理 / 研发项目管理经验 2.有大模型、AIGC、Agent、机器学习系统、AI infra等项目管理经验优先 3.有科研机构、高校实验室、创新中心、前沿科技团队工作经验优先 4.具备0→1 创新项目、科研成果转化、原型产品落地经验
