Sobre a vaga

Estamos em busca de uma pessoa Desenvolvedora de IA Sênior para atuar na construção de soluções baseadas em LLMs, apoiando a evolução de produtos e plataformas. A pessoa irá atuar no desenvolvimento de aplicações inteligentes utilizando Python, participando do desenho de arquiteturas modernas de IA, incluindo RAG, sistemas multiagentes e pipelines de LLMs, integradas ao ecossistema tecnológico da empresa. Buscamos alguém com perfil técnico forte, que goste de explorar novas tecnologias de IA e transformar desafios de negócio em soluções escaláveis. Responsabilidades * Desenvolver aplicações e serviços baseados em LLMs utilizando Python * Projetar e implementar soluções com RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) * Trabalhar com bancos de dados vetoriais para indexação e recuperação de conhecimento * Desenvolver arquiteturas baseadas em agentes e sistemas multiagentes * Construir pipelines e aplicações utilizando LangChain e/ou LangGraph * Implementar práticas de observabilidade para aplicações de IA, utilizando ferramentas como LangFuse * Integrar soluções de IA com APIs, microsserviços e sistemas existentes * Colaborar com times multidisciplinares para transformar necessidades de negócio em soluções baseadas em IA * Garantir qualidade, escalabilidade e boas práticas no desenvolvimento de soluções de IA

Requisitos * Experiência sólida com Python, Java e ReactJS * Experiência no desenvolvimento de aplicações com LLMs * Conhecimento em LangChain e/ou LangGraph * Experiência com RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) * Experiência com bancos de dados vetoriais (ex: Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Chroma ou similares) * Experiência na construção de arquiteturas com múltiplos agentes * Familiaridade com desenvolvimento de APIs e integrações de serviços * Experiência com Git e metodologias ágeis (Scrum/Kanban) * Ensino superior completo

Diferenciais * Experiência com LangFuse ou ferramentas de observabilidade para LLMs * Conhecimento em arquitetura de sistemas distribuídos e microsserviços * Experiência com deploy e operação de aplicações de IA em cloud * Experiência com React para construção de interfaces * Inglês intermediário
