Buscamos um(a) PMO Sênior para atuar na governança, planejamento e acompanhamento estratégico de projetos, garantindo alinhamento entre as iniciativas de negócio e os objetivos organizacionais. Este profissional será responsável por apoiar gestores e stakeholders na condução de projetos, promovendo boas práticas de gestão, controle de indicadores, riscos, cronogramas e orçamento.

Principais Responsabilidades Estruturar e manter processos, metodologias e práticas de gerenciamento de projetos. Acompanhar o portfólio de projetos, monitorando escopo, cronograma, custos, riscos e qualidade. Desenvolver e consolidar relatórios executivos e dashboards para acompanhamento das iniciativas. Apoiar gestores de projetos na definição e execução dos planos de trabalho. Monitorar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) e propor ações corretivas quando necessário. Conduzir reuniões de status report com stakeholders e liderança. Garantir a aderência à metodologia de gestão de projetos adotada pela empresa. Gerenciar riscos, dependências e impactos entre projetos. Atuar como facilitador na comunicação entre áreas técnicas e áreas de negócio. Apoiar processos de priorização e governança do portfólio.

Requisitos Obrigatórios Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas. Experiência sólida como PMO em projetos de negócios e/ou tecnologia. Conhecimento em metodologias de gerenciamento de projetos (PMBOK, PMI, Agile, Scrum ou híbridas). Experiência em gestão de portfólio, riscos, orçamento e indicadores. Domínio de ferramentas de acompanhamento e reporte de projetos. Experiência na elaboração de apresentações executivas e dashboards gerenciais. Conhecimento avançado do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel e PowerPoint. Excelente capacidade de organização, planejamento e comunicação. Inglês para conversação

Diferenciais Certificação PMP (OBRIGATÓRIA), PgMP (diferencial) Experiência em PMO de Tecnologia ou Transformação Digital. Conhecimento em Power BI. Vivência em ambientes corporativos de grande porte. Experiência com ferramentas como Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps ou Smartsheet. Competências Comportamentais Visão estratégica e orientação a resultados. Capacidade analítica e tomada de decisão baseada em dados. Boa comunicação e habilidade de relacionamento com diferentes níveis hierárquicos. Organização e gestão de múltiplas demandas simultaneamente. Capacidade de influência e negociação.
