Sobre a Oportunidade Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Testes Automatizados Sênior para atuar na definição, desenvolvimento e evolução de estratégias de automação de testes, garantindo a qualidade, estabilidade e confiabilidade das soluções entregues.

Esse profissional trabalhará em parceria com times de desenvolvimento, produto e negócios, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos processos de qualidade, automação e integração contínua em um ambiente colaborativo e orientado a resultados.

Principais Responsabilidades Atuar em conjunto com equipes de desenvolvimento e negócio para compreender requisitos, regras de negócio e critérios de aceite. Criar, manter e evoluir frameworks e suítes de testes automatizados. Identificar e priorizar cenários candidatos à automação. Desenvolver testes automatizados para aplicações Web, APIs e integrações. Garantir a integração dos testes aos pipelines de CI/CD. Executar análises de falhas, registrar defeitos e acompanhar sua resolução junto aos times responsáveis. Manter atualizada a documentação de testes, evidências, resultados e métricas de qualidade. Contribuir com a definição e disseminação de boas práticas de QA e automação. Apoiar iniciativas de melhoria contínua relacionadas à qualidade de software. Avaliar novas ferramentas, tecnologias e metodologias para aumento da eficiência dos processos de testes.

Requisitos Obrigatórios Experiência comprovada com automação de testes de software. Experiência com Selenium, Cypress e/ou Playwright. Conhecimento em pelo menos uma das linguagens: Java, Python ou C#. Experiência com versionamento de código utilizando Git. Vivência com ferramentas e pipelines de CI/CD, como Jenkins, GitLab CI ou similares. Experiência na criação, manutenção e execução de testes automatizados. Capacidade analítica para investigação de defeitos e resolução de problemas. Boa comunicação e facilidade para atuação em equipes multidisciplinares. Vivência em ambientes ágeis.

Diferenciais Conhecimento em SAP S/4HANA, TDF ou SAP BTP. Experiência com Cucumber. Experiência com Appium. Vivência com testes de performance e ferramentas correlatas. Conhecimento de práticas DevOps. Experiência com testes de APIs e microsserviços.
