Bonilait appartient à Sodiaal, 1ère coopérative laitière française, qui collecte et valorise le lait de ses plus de 10 000 éleveurs sociétaires.

Nous valorisons les co-produits laitiers pour fournir des produits nutritionnels (poudre de lactosérum ré-engraissées et aliments d'allaitement) sains et durables aux clients, éleveurs et animaux.

Chasseneuil (86) – CDI – Temps plein - A pouvoir dès 2027

Vos principales missions :

Sous la responsabilité de l’encadrement produits secs, vous alimentez les silos en matières premières, et palettisez les produits finis (5/10KG).

  • Assure les transferts de produits vers les verses pour le remplissage des silos
  • Verse les big bags et les sacs de poudres pour le remplissage des silos
  • Plie, stocke les big bags et sacs de poudres pour le remplissage des silos
  • Prend connaissance des feuilles de conditionnement
  • Conditionne les big bags dans le respect des standards de fabrication et selon les besoins de production
  • Effectue les autocontrôles selon les procédures qualité
  • Procède à la palettisation des sacs ou des seaux 5-10KG
  • Effectue la recasse des sacs déclassés en big bags dans le respect des standards de fabrication et selon les besoins de production
  • Entretient et nettoie son environnement de travail
  • Identifie les dérives machine (cadence, process, mécanique…)
  • Réalise la maintenance de 1er niveau
  • Assure la traçabilité informatique des flux de production

Votre profil :

CAP/BEP en production et ou expérience équivalente de 3/5ans dans une fonction similaire.

Qualités / Capacités :

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, méthode, organisation, esprit d’équipe, autonomie, réactivité.

Compétences : Vous avez…

  • Connaissance en conduite de ligne
  • Connaissance en informatique de base
  • Autorisation de conduite chariot
  • Palan monorail
  • Transpalette électrique
