Job Description

En qualité d’Assistant Chef de Produit, vous intervenez sur un ensemble de missions opérationnelles et d’analyse sur les trois catégories de produits : Lait, Crème et Beurre.​

Vous participez à la mise en œuvre des plans marketing élaborés par le Chef de Produit, en relation avec les différents services internes (commerce, packaging, production, réglementaire, juridique…).

En ce sens vous :​

  • Participez à la gestion de projets de rénovation de packagings​
  • Accompagnez les équipes de Développement des Ventes sur le développement des supports de communication et d’aide à la vente

Vous analysez les marchés de vos catégories à l’aide de: ​

  • Bases de données et des benchmarks que vous initiez, afin de nourrir les stratégies Marketing​
  • Benchmarks et veilles concurrentielle sur vos marchés et catégories de produits​
  • Vous participez à la réalisation d’études ad hoc avec des cabinets d’études spécialistes du réseau dans le but d’alimenter le pipeline d’innovations.​

Le poste peut être basé à Annecy ou Paris selon la mobilité.

Profil :​

  • De Formation Bac +5 école de commerce / ingénieur agro, vous avez une première expérience (stage) en marketing.
  • Vous êtes agile et réactif, avec la capacité de vous immerger rapidement dans des contextes marchés et problématiques variées et avez une appétence pour le secteur de l’agroalimentaire.
  • Vous avez un fort attrait pour la cible des Chefs et leur univers.
  • Rigoureux et réactif, vous avez l’esprit d’analyse et de synthèse.
  • Idéalement, vous avez déjà travaillé la gestion de projet et la création/modification packaging dans vos précédentes expériences. Vous appréciez le travail en équipe
