Bonilait appartient à Sodiaal, 1ère coopérative laitière française, qui collecte et valorise le lait de ses plus de 10 000 éleveurs sociétaires.

Nous valorisons les co-produits laitiers pour fournir des produits nutritionnels (poudre de lactosérum ré-engraissées et aliments d'allaitement) sains et durables aux clients, éleveurs et animaux.

Chasseneuil (86) – CDI – Temps plein - A pouvoir dès que possible

Vos principales missions :

Sous la responsabilité du Chef d’équipe Maintenance, vous assurez le maintien fonctionnel des outils de production, des énergies et de leur environnement.

  • Effectue des travaux d’entretien et d’amélioration du site
  • Réalise des opérations de maintenance préventives, curatives, des remises à niveau et des interventions mécaniques, électriques, pneumatiques, hydrauliques…
  • Répare le matériel, les outils etc. en respectant le planning d’intervention, les délais et la coactivité avec les autres services
  • Complète le référentiel d’activité, des pannes machines et des opérations de maintenance associées (suivi machine, plans, consignes, préconisations…)
  • Assure le suivi et l’accompagnement des sous-traitants ponctuels
  • Respecte les règles de sécurité des personnes et d’environnement, en vigueur dans l’Entreprise ainsi que les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité des denrées alimentaires pour assure la qualité des produits fabriqués (normes ISO22000 et GMP)
  • Est garant du suivi des énergies (enregistrements, analyses etc.), de la métrologie des installations
  • Effectue des astreintes permettant d’assurer un service continu

Votre profil :

Profil BAC à BAC+2 (débutant) en maintenance des systèmes industriels, avec 3 à 5ans d’expérience comme électromécanicien ou technicien de maintenance.

Qualités / Capacités :

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, méthode, organisation, esprit d’équipe, autonomie, réactivité.

Compétences : Vous avez…

  • Connaissances en mécanique, mécanique des fluides, utilités énergétiques, électricité, automatismes, soudure, pneumatique, hydraulique…
  • Maîtrise des procédés et méthodes de maintenance
  • Habilitation électrique H0, B2 voir BR
  • Travail en Hauteur
  • Autorisations de conduite chariot (CACES) et nacelle élévatrice
  • Ammoniac/Chlore/Légionnelles

  • Horaire 2x8 et journée avec astreinte toutes les 5 à 6 semaines – Statut Ouvrier avec récupération banque d’heure
