Job Description

ü Piloter la performance économique et financière du site

  • Élaborer le budget annuel avec les services et construire les prévisions
  • Analyser les écarts (réalisé vs budget) et proposer des plans d’actions correctifs
  • Produire des reportings financiers, participer aux clôtures mensuelles/annuelles et analyser
  • Réaliser des études de rentabilités (ROI, Business Cases) et suivre les coûts de revient

ü Accompagner les opérationnels et la prise de décision

  • Conseiller et accompagner les managers opérationnels pour piloter leur activité quotidienne
  • Diffuser et développer la culture de la performance et des chiffres auprès des équipes
  • Optimiser le processus d’amélioration continue et maîtriser les coûts du site
  • Participer activement aux projets industriels et stratégiques du sites

ü Structurer et améliorer les outils et processus de gestion

  • Développer et optimiser les outils d’aide à la décision et les systèmes informatiques lourds
  • Veiller à l’application et l’élaboration des règles de gestion définies par le groupe
  • Initier, piloter et animer des démarches d’amélioration continue transverses

ü Management et développement de l’équipe

  • Participer au recrutement, organiser l’activité du service et fixer les priorités
  • Contribuer à l’évolution professionnelle de l’équipe
  • Animer les réunions d’équipe et garantir une communication de qualité

ü Garantir le respect des procédures et normes QHSE / Energie / Sécurité des aliments

  • Profil recherché :
  • Bac+5 avec une spécification Finance / Contrôle de gestion type universitaire ou école de commerce
  • Maîtrise experte d’Excel, des ERP type SAP et des outils de Business Intelligence
  • Forte expertise en analyse financière, en construction de budget et en suivi de productivité / reportings
  • Compétences solides en gestion de projet et en démarches d’amélioration continue
  • Capacité à incarner pleinement les valeurs de la marque Yoplait et de la coopérative Sodiaal
  • Autonome, synthétique et faites preuve d’efficacité opérationnelle
  • Bon relationnel
  • Écoute et analyse vous permettent de faire entendre votre point de vue
  • Anglais courant, à la fois à l’écrit et à l’oral
