Job Description

Rattaché(e) au Responsable de l’équipe Architecture, Infrastructures et Projets de la DSI Groupe, vous rejoignez une équipe en charge de la conception et de l’intégration des solutions, des infrastructures et des services informatiques du Groupe Sodiaal. À ce titre, vous pilotez les projets techniques relevant du périmètre des Opérations IT, en lien avec les équipes internes, les chefs de projet métiers et les intervenants externes.

Missions :

  • Assurer le pilotage des projets techniques relevant du périmètre des Opérations Informatiques.
  • Planifier, organiser et animer les réunions de suivi, les comités d’avancement ainsi que les échanges avec les parties prenantes internes et les intervenants externes.
  • Suivre l’avancement des actions, identifier les points de blocage, alerter en cas de dérive et proposer les plans d’action adaptés.
  • Garantir une communication fluide entre les différents acteurs du projet, notamment les référents techniques, les chefs de projet Business Solutions et les intervenants externes.
  • Assurer le suivi des engagements, des livrables, des délais et des risques sur les projets de son périmètre.

Compétences techniques :

  • Bonne compréhension des environnements et services relevant du périmètre des Opérations IT.
  • Bonne connaissance des enjeux techniques associés aux projets d’Opérations IT.
  • Maîtrise des méthodes, outils et pratiques de gestion de projet.
  • Capacité à élaborer et suivre un planning, des jalons, des livrables et des plans d’action.
  • Capacité à identifier et suivre les risques, les dépendances et les points de blocage.
  • Capacité à faciliter les échanges entre les équipes techniques, les chefs de projet métiers et les intervenants externes.
  • Capacité à produire des supports de pilotage et de reporting clairs et structurés.

Compétences comportementales :

  • Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et capacité à piloter plusieurs sujets en parallèle.
  • Réactivité, bon relationnel et sens de la collaboration.

Formation requise : Bac+5 dans le domaine de l’IT, de la gestion de projet ou équivalent.

Expérience requise : Plus de 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets techniques, idéalement dans un contexte d’Opérations IT.

Secteur d'activité : Une expérience au sein d’un groupe industriel multi-sites est souhaitée.
