Job Description

Finalités de la mission :

Le chef d’équipe seconde les Responsables Déminé Concentration séchage matières laitières.

Il coordonne les processus de fabrication et s’assure de leurs bons déroulements dans le cadre des règles de sécurité, d’hygiène et de qualité.

Il a la responsabilité du matériel et du produit fini et rend compte de son activité.

Il contribue par ses actions quotidiennes à la performance économique de l’entreprise.

Le chef d’équipe participe quotidiennement à l’animation et aux respects des procédures d’hygiène, de qualité et de sécurité.

Activités principales :

  • Participer à l’élaboration et suivre les programmes de fabrication
  • Garantir la bonne utilisation de la matière dans le respect des rythmes du process fabrication
  • S’assurer du respect des cahiers des charges produits
  • Etablir et suivre le planning du personnel
  • Assurer l’approvisionnement des stocks nécessaire au bon fonctionnement du service
  • S’assurer de la maîtrise des points critiques (CCP), des points sensibles (PrPo) et de la salubrité des produits fabriqués au sein de son périmètre
  • Veiller en permanence à la qualité des produits finis, participer à la définition des actions correctives et les suivre
  • S’assurer de la tenue de l’hygiène dans son service, conformément au plan hygiène site et mesures préventives de l’analyse des risques HACCP
  • S’assurer de l’application des consignes de sécurité du service
  • Alerter l’équipe HACCP des adaptations de process ou toute autre situation pouvant entraîner de nouveaux risques pour la sécurité des aliments
  • Assurer le remplacement d’un opérateur en poste
  • Alerter en cas de pertes matières
  • Assurer les astreintes de nuit et de week-end du service
  • Assurer d’autres missions à la demande de son responsable
  • Participer aux études HACCP
  • Assurer le remplacement du responsable d’activité

Poste en journée. Cycles astreintes 1 semaine/3 (Week ends et jours fériés inclus).

Profil recherché :

De formation BTS/DUT minimum justifiant d’une expérience significative dans cette fonction en industries agroalimentaire et en management d’équipe.

Autonomie, prises initiatives et rigueur.

Réactif, capacités relationnelles et autonome,

Capacité à contrôler la conformité des produits (qualité et quantité)
