Job Description

Intégré dans une équipe de Chefs de Secteur et rapportant au Chef des Ventes Régional, vous avez pour mission d’optimiser la diffusion, l’exposition linéaire des marques de l’entreprise sur la zone géographique qui vous est confié dans le respect de la politique commerciale de l’entreprise. Vous êtes le référent de la catégorie sur les différents rayons Laits, Baby, Beurre et Crème. Vous assurez le développement de l’image de Candia.

Vous êtes un partenaire rentable pour la grande distribution en ayant un rôle d’expert et de conseil auprès de vos clients afin d’être reconnu comme le leader de la catégorie. Vous agissez dans le respect des règles de sécurité (sur la route, en PDV lors de manipulation de charge…).

Secteur : 45, 41 et 18

Missions principales :

  • Vous construisez et vendez des recommandations d’optimisation de business (plans d’affaires)
  • Vous respectez les fréquences de visites recommandées et tenez compte des exigences clients
  • Vous faites appliquer en magasin 100% des assortiments disponibles négociés en centrale ou des recommandations Candia pour les magasins indépendants
  • Vous assurez la vente et la mise en œuvre du concept merchandising dans le respect de la stratégie des enseignes
  • Vous assurez la visibilité des nouveautés en atteignant le nombre de facing par référence et par la mise en place des matériels PLV en fonction des priorités
  • Vous assurez les réimplantations dans le cadre des objectifs fixés
  • Vous relayez et optimisez les actions promotionnelles régionales et nationales et vendez et mettez en place les OP Trade enseignes et spécifiques
  • Vous engagez les moyens d’animation dans les délais et les quotas impartis avec un souci d’efficacité (BRI, stops rayons…)
  • Vous planifiez votre activité en intégrant les priorités dans une recherche permanente d’efficacité et de performance
  • Vous préparez vos visites à l’aide des outils, méthodes et supports mis à disposition (logiciel FDV et merchandising)
  • Vous analysez la PDM Candia et mettez en place des actions correctives via l’outil dédié
  • Vous assurez un compte rendu quotidien de votre activité et de vos résultats et reportez de façon hebdomadaire votre activité à votre manager

Profil :

  • De formation Bac +2 commerce, vous avez une expérience minimum de 2 ans en grande distribution.
  • Vous maîtrisez les techniques de vente et l'arithmétique commerciale.
  • Vous avez un réel attrait pour la vente.
  • Rigoureux et organisé, vous faites preuve de flexibilité. Vous possédez par ailleurs un bon esprit d'équipe.
