Job Description

MISSIONS ET RESPONSABILITES

Gestion des encaissements

  • Enregistrer les règlements clients (virements, chèques, traites et prélèvements bancaires),
  • Assurer les remises en banque des chèques et des traites,
  • Contrôler la conformité des règlements reçus,
  • Garantir le traitement des opérations dans le respect des délais définis et des engagements de service.
  • Relancer les clients impayés.

Suivi des comptes clients

  • Effectuer le lettrage des comptes clients (factures, règlements, avoirs),
  • Analyser et justifier les comptes clients,
  • Identifier, analyser et comptabiliser les écarts de règlement (déductions, paiements partiels, différences diverses),
  • Informer le service Clients des anomalies, litiges ou écarts nécessitant une action.

Traitement comptable des déductions clients

  • Réaliser les rapprochements entre les déductions pratiquées par les clients et les factures de coopération commerciale,
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la comptabilité fournisseurs et les services Clients afin de régulariser les écarts.

Facturation

  • Établir les factures de prestations diverses à partir des ordres de facturation reçus,
  • Contrôler la conformité des éléments de facturation avant émission,
  • Assurer les relances clients relatives à ces prestations en cas d'impayés,
  • Assurer le suivi des dossiers jusqu'à leur régularisation et remonter les situations à risque.

Clôtures comptables

  • Participer aux clôtures mensuelles et annuelles.
  • Préparer les dossiers de révision.
  • Justifier les comptes bancaires.
  • Participer aux audits internes et externes.

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques

  • Bonne maîtrise de la comptabilité clients.
  • Connaissance des moyens de paiement et des techniques de recouvrement.
  • Maîtrise d'Excel (tableaux croisés dynamiques, recherches, fonctions avancées) et de SAP.
  • Anglais apprécié.

Savoir-faire

  • Traiter un volume important d'opérations avec fiabilité,
  • Prioriser les tâches en fonction des échéances,
  • Analyser et résoudre les écarts de règlement,
  • Communiquer efficacement avec les interlocuteurs internes et externes,
  • Respecter les délais de clôture.

Savoir-être

  • Grande rigueur et sens de l'organisation,
  • Réactivité et capacité à gérer les priorités,
  • Esprit d'analyse et sens du détail,
  • Aisance relationnelle et sens du service,
  • Autonomie, fiabilité et esprit d'équipe,
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement rythmé et exigeant.

Formation & expérience

  • BTS Comptabilité-Gestion, BUT GEA ou équivalent
  • Expérience : 2 à 5 années sur un poste similaire.
  • Une expérience en CSP ou dans un environnement multi-sociétés constitue un atout.
