Au cœur de l'atelier, vous interviendrez sur des équipements variés et des technologies multiples. Ce poste offre une véritable diversité de missions : maintenance préventive et curative, automatisme, amélioration continue, dépannage et transmission des savoir-faire. 🛠️ Vos missions

Au quotidien, vous intervenez sur des équipements diversifiés et participez activement à la fiabilité de nos installations :

✅ Organiser et suivre le planning de maintenance préventive de votre atelier, en lien avec le Chef d'équipe Maintenance

✅ Répartir les interventions auprès des électromécaniciens expérimentés

✅ Analyser, contrôler et assurer le suivi des pannes afin de garantir la continuité de production

✅ Gérer les demandes d'approvisionnement des pièces nécessaires aux interventions

✅ Réaliser un reporting régulier auprès du Chef d'équipe

✅ Accompagner la reprise de production après intervention et veiller au bon fonctionnement des équipements

✅ Assurer le suivi administratif des interventions et la mise à jour de la GMAO

✅ Participer aux opérations de dépannage, y compris lors d'interventions en hauteur

✅ Réaliser les opérations d'entretien et de nettoyage des machines et des outils

✅ Intervenir ponctuellement le samedi lors des arrêts de production

✅ Contribuer au respect des règles Qualité, Hygiène, Sécurité et Environnement (QHSE) 🦺

✅ Effectuer le suivi des fiches de vie du matériel

✅ Réaliser des modifications et interventions en automatisme 🤖

✅ Accompagner et former les nouveaux collaborateurs du service maintenance 🤝

👤 Le profil que nous recherchons

Vous êtes passionné par la technique et appréciez le travail de terrain.

Vous disposez de :

🎓 Un Bac Professionnel, BTS en électromécanique ou une formation équivalente

⚙️ Une expérience significative en maintenance industrielle

🔩 De solides connaissances en mécanique, électricité, fluides, énergie, automatisme, soudure ou chaudronnerie

🤝 Un bon esprit d'équipe associé à une réelle autonomie

🎯 De la rigueur, de la méthode et un fort engagement en matière de sécurité
