Bonilait appartient à Sodiaal, 1ère coopérative laitière française, qui collecte et valorise le lait de ses plus de 10 000 éleveurs sociétaires.

Nous valorisons les co-produits laitiers pour fournir des produits nutritionnels (poudre de lactosérum ré-engraissées et aliments d'allaitement) sains et durables aux clients, éleveurs et animaux.

Chasseneuil (86) – CDI – Temps plein - à pouvoir dès que possible

Vos principales missions :

Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Exploitation, il/elle assure la saisie des productions pour le suivi des PRI, assure la traçabilité informatique des productions, analyse les écarts entre les quantités théoriques et réelles, et est force de proposition dans l’amélioration des flux de production :

  • Saisit les déclarations de production dans SAP
  • Contrôle de la traçabilité des déclarations de production
  • Compare les consommations réelles aux consommations théoriques des standards
  • Analyse les écarts de consommation, de rendements, de stocks
  • Identifie les causes des pertes (Surconsommations, rebus, pertes, process, …)
  • Propose et suit des plans d’actions correctifs
  • Participe à la préparation, à l’organisation et à l’analyse des inventaires mensuels, bi annuels et annuels
  • Analyse les écarts d’inventaire et recherche les causes
  • Elabore les tableaux de bord de suivi des consommations et des rendements
  • Force de proposition dans le bilan matière et plans d'action associés

[TRANSVERSALITE]

  • Echange en permanence avec le service Supply Chain usine ainsi qu’avec les chefs de fabrication
  • Participe aux démarches d’améliorations continues, résolution de problème, amélioration des procédés
  • Réalise des procédures, des standards et a la capacité et la pédagogie pour les faire appliquer
  • Forme et sensibilise les équipes de production à la maitrise des flux matière et à la qualité des données.
  • Assure l’interface avec le contrôle de gestion industriel, Informe des principaux écarts de production afin d’assurer un suivi des écarts vs budget

Votre profil :

Profil BAC+2 en gestion industrielle, et ou expérience équivalente de 3/5ans dans une fonction similaire.

Qualités / Capacités :

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, méthode, organisation, esprit d’équipe, autonomie, réactivité, aisance relationnelle.

Compétences : Vous avez…

• Connaissances informatiques de base et logiciels métier (SAP) • Maitrise des principes de bilan matière et bilan de production
