Job Description

Nous recherchons un(e) Gestionnaire Paie et ADP F/H pour rejoindre notre département Rémunération & Avantages Sociaux. À ce titre, vous serez en charge de la gestion d’un portefeuille de sites et de la réalisation des paies des collaborateurs, dans le respect des règles, des processus, des délais et des exigences de fiabilité.

Rôle & responsabilités

Dans ce cadre, vous serez amené à prendre en charge notamment les missions suivantes :

  • Gestion du dossier du salarié de l’entrée à la sortie et réalise les documents contractuels administratifs (DPAE, affiliations, évènements de vie, dossier prévoyance, …) hors contrats et avenants
  • Gestion optimale de l’ensemble du processus de paie
  • Réalisation du suivi, du contrôle, du traitement et de l’analyse des cotisations sociales et de la DSN
  • Contrôle et analyse des provisions calculées en paie
  • Réalisation du suivi et analyse des IJSS
  • Garantie de la maîtrise et du respect des conditions d’emploi et participation à la mise à jour du tableau
  • Relation d’expertise paie auprès des acteurs internes et externes ️
  • Force de proposition pour l’amélioration continue

Profil recherché

  • Bac + 3 comptabilité/spécialité paie
  • Expérience de 5 ans minimum
  • Maitrise des outils bureautiques et connaissance d'un ERP paie (ADP)
  • Rigueur, Autonomie, Organisation, Réactivité, Esprit d'équipe et Confidentialité
