Job Description

Principales responsabilités :

  • Responsable des enjeux, de l’évolution et de la performance SI de sa BU
  • Co-construit et co-pilote la feuille de route du SI en partenariat avec la DSI Centrale Déclinaison des projets SI groupe de la DSI au niveau BU Déclinaison des projets de transformation de la BU en projets SI de la BU Garant auprès de la BU de la bonne communication et compréhension de la feuille de route SI validée pour chaque exercice
  • Pilotage du portefeuille de projets SI de la BU, garant de l’alignement entre les projets SI et les projets de transformation de la BU Suivi et contrôle des budgets IT de la BU, suggestion de plan d’amélioration et de réduction des coûts projet. Garant au sein de la BU de la bonne allocation des ressources internes ou externes, en s’appuyant notamment sur les équipes des Référents Métiers/SI. Animation, sans lien hiérarchique, des équipes des Référents Métiers/SI
  • Pilotage de la performance globale des activités SI de la BU ; suivi des KPIs clés, reporting DSI & CODIR BU

Expérience et compétences-clés :

  • Appétence et compréhension des enjeux SI
  • Connaissance approfondie des enjeux business BU
  • Capacité de pilotage budgétaire
  • Capacités démontrées d’influence
  • Indépendance d’esprit et rigueur
  • Capacité de « connector » - identifier et faire travailler ensemble les compétences nécessaires à un projet

Profil :

10 à 15 ans d’expérience – avec un passage dans une responsabilité fonctionnelle (métiers) et responsabilité Systèmes d’information (Projet, architecture)

Expérience de conduite de projet avec des outils méthodologique classiques et agiles
