Job Description

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Gestion Flux & Stocks, vous rejoignez l’équipe Supply Planning et contribuez à garantir la disponibilité des produits tout en optimisant les niveaux de stocks.

Véritable partenaire des opérations, vous pilotez un portefeuille de produits et assurez l’équilibre entre la demande, les capacités de production et les objectifs de performance.

Grâce à vos analyses et recommandations, vous participez activement à l’amélioration continue de notre Supply Chain et la satisfaction de nos clients.

Vos responsabilités :

Piloter un portefeuille de produits

  • Assurer le suivi et l’optimisation des stocks sur les différentes plateformes
  • Coordonner les priorités avec les usines afin de garantir le meilleur niveau de service
  • Identifier, anticiper et gérer les risques de rupture ou de surstock
  • Communiquer régulièrement sur ces risques et impacts auprès des parties prenantes

Analyser la performance

  • Mettre à jour, suivre et analyser nos indicateurs clés de performance (taux de service, ruptures pertes…)
  • Proposer des actions correctives et préventives pour améliorer notre performance (changement de la fréquence de production, optimisation des promos spécifiques…)
  • Analyser et communiquer les résultats de la semaine par portefeuille

Contribuer à l’amélioration continue

  • Être force de proposition sur les méthodes de travail
  • Favoriser le partage des bonnes pratiques et la collaboration entre les différents acteurs de la chaîne logistique

Vos principaux interlocuteurs : Supply Chain, Ventes, Ordonnancement usines, Customer service, Demand Planning

Profil recherché :

  • Formation : Bac +3 /+5 en Supply Chain, Logistique ou Gestion des Opérations
  • Expérience : Une première expérience en Supply Chain, idéalement dans les produits de grande consommation (FMCG) est souhaitée
  • Capacités d’analyse et de synthèse, maîtrise d’Excel indispensable, connaissance d’Anaplan souhaitée
  • Capacité à transformer les données en recommandations opérationnelles
  • Capacité à gérer les priorités
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles et aptitude à travailler en transversal
  • Sens de l’amélioration continue et orientation résultats
  • Horaires : 7h-16h
