RESPONSABLE ORDONNANCEMENT ET TER (H/F) - Site de Montauban de Bretagne (35)

  • Nature de contrat : CDI - Statut : TAM - assimilé cadre

Finalités de la mission

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Conditionnement Fromages, vous êtes un élément clé de la performance du service conditionnement et contribuez par votre action quotidienne à une organisation optimale de la chaine de production. Vous ordonnancez les 15 lignes de production râpés et portions et coordonnez les flux de l'ensemble des matières entrée usine et de produits finis(31 000 Tonnes/an) . Vous restez dans un objectif d'optimisation et de coordination de flux de produits, selon les besoins et les impératifs de délais. Vous êtes également un acteur de la gestion et bilan matière.

Activités principales

  • Ordonnancer et planifier les 15 lignes de production
  • Répartir et lancer les ordres de production
  • Assurer l'interface entre la planification industrielle, le Siège et l'atelier de conditionnement,
  • Encadrer une équipe de 3 personnes de préparateur de commandes
  • Estimer et planifier les besoins de production en produits finis à partir des prévisions de vente et des stocks existants dans le cadre de la politique du marché,
  • Assurer la coordination avec les différents services ou donneur d'ordres (production, logistique, qualité, magasin d’approvisionnement...),
  • Participer aux améliorations des systèmes de gestion de production pour optimiser les flux,
  • Répartir et lancer les ordres de production (temps, nombre de personnes).
  • Proposer les prévisions hebdomadaires.
  • Surveiller les indicateurs de TRS et participer à l’amélioration des TRS
  • Analyser des écarts stock physique, SAP, Logys et contribuer aux réalisations des bilans matières
  • Définir les affectations des références sur les 15 lignes de production.
  • Informer les planificateurs logistiques de tout retard de livraison ou manquants
  • Assurer l’approvisionnement en palettes vides de l’atelier conditionnement
  • Gérer les fabrications en fonction du disponible meules
  • Assurer le suivi des gammes et nomenclatures.
  • Suivre le début et la fin des promos (stickage au film promotionnel) en correspondance avec l’ordonnancement groupe.
  • Gérer les traçabilités des retours produits.

Profil recherché

BAC + 3 minimum et/ou expérience professionnelle équivalente.

Connaissances logiciels SAP /LOGYS seraient un plus.
