Adjoint(e) Responsable Qualité Multisite (H/F)

Dans le cadre du renforcement de notre organisation qualité, nous recherchons un(e) Adjoint(e) Responsable Qualité Multisite pour accompagner le pilotage de notre système de management de la qualité et de la sécurité des aliments sur nos sites de Loudéac (fabrication) et Glomel (conditionnement).

Véritable bras droit de la Responsable Qualité, vous êtes un relais opérationnel de proximité auprès des équipes terrain et participez activement à l'amélioration continue de nos performances qualité.

Vos missions

  • Accompagner les équipes opérationnelles dans l'application des exigences qualité.
  • Participer au traitement des non-conformités, réclamations et plans d'actions associés.
  • Réaliser des audits internes et accompagner les audits externes.
  • Suivre les indicateurs qualité et contribuer aux démarches d'amélioration continue.
  • Animer et sensibiliser les équipes aux bonnes pratiques qualité et hygiène.
  • Encadrer et accompagner les assistants qualité.
  • Assurer un relais auprès de la Responsable Qualité sur les sujets opérationnels.

Votre profil

  • Formation supérieure en Qualité, Agroalimentaire ou domaine équivalent.
  • Expérience réussie dans une fonction qualité en environnement industriel, idéalement agroalimentaire.
  • Connaissance des référentiels qualité et sécurité des aliments.
  • Goût du terrain, sens de l'organisation et capacités relationnelles reconnues.
  • Esprit d'analyse, autonomie et capacité à fédérer les équipes.
