Tu cherches à découvrir le milieu des ressources humaines et tu aimerais comprendre l’enjeu en matière de gestion administrative et de conformité ? Au sein de notre équipe, vous contribuerez à la mise à jour et à l’optimisation des dossiers administratifs du personnel afin de garantir leur conformité dans la perspective d’audit de certification.

Tes missions, si tu les acceptes :

  • Audit des dossiers RH : Analyse et vérifie la conformité des dossiers pour garantir que tout est en ordre.
  • Gestion des visites médicales : Vérifie les dates de visites médicales et aide à prioriser les ordres de passages afin que tout le monde soit en règle.
  • Mise à jour des tableaux de bord RH : Assure-toi que nos tableaux de bord sont à jour et reflètent la réalité de notre entreprise.
