MISIÓN:

Liderar el desarrollo de nuevas oportunidades de crecimiento para el portafolio educativo, construyendo y gestionando el pipeline de expansión e innovación de la oferta —end to end, desde la identificación de la oportunidad y el caso de negocio hasta su lanzamiento—, para generar New Enrollments incrementales y un crecimiento sostenible alineado con la estrategia corporativa y la viabilidad económica de las iniciativas.

REQUISITOS INDISPENSABLES

  • Estudios en Administración, Economía, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Empresarial o afines
  • MBA o Maestría en Estrategia, Marketing, Innovación, Finanzas o Desarrollo de Negocios (Deseable)
  • +5 años de experiencia en posiciones de liderazgo en Marketing Estratégico, Desarrollo de Negocios, Estrategia Comercial, Innovación, Expansión, Growth o afines.
  • +3 años de experiencia liderando iniciativas de expansión, nuevos negocios, apertura de mercados, sedes, formatos o canales
  • +3 años de experiencia desarrollando business cases y evaluando oportunidades desde perspectivas comercial y financiera
  • +3 años de experiencia liderando contextos comerciales corporativos, competitivos y de crecimiento intensivo

  • Modelamiento financiero y evaluación de inversiones / business cases
  • Análisis de mercado, tendencias, competencia y demanda
  • Diseño y evaluación de modelos de negocio
  • Gestión de KPIs comerciales y drivers de crecimiento
  • Excel avanzado / herramientas analíticas
  • PowerPoint avanzado y presentaciones ejecutivas

FUNCIONES DEL PUESTOS

Liderar el pipeline de innovación y expansión comercial

  • Desarrollar el pipeline de nuevos productos buscando su escalabilidad, en coordinación con Conocimiento del Consumidor y Mercado, Transformación y las áreas de estrategia.
  • Construir y administrar un pipeline priorizado de iniciativas de expansión, incluyendo * Nuevas carreras y programas. * Renovación o evolución relevante de carreras existentes. * Nuevas modalidades de estudio. * Nuevos campuses o expansión geográfica. * Nuevos segmentos o audiencias. * Otras oportunidades que amplíen la oferta y generen nuevas fuentes de matrícula. Identificar y priorizar oportunidades de expansión
  • Identifica Identificar espacios de crecimiento a partir del análisis de: *Tendencias del mercado educativo y laboral. * Evolución de categorías, carreras y modalidades. * Necesidades y comportamientos de estudiantes actuales y potenciales. * Insights de consumidor. * Movimientos competitivos y benchmarks locales e internacionales. * Evolución tecnológica y nuevas formas de aprendizaje. * Performance del portafolio actual y oportunidades de white spaces. * Estrategia, posicionamiento y territorio de cada marca. Liderar end-to-end los procesos de expansión - Dirige las iniciativas desde la identificación y conceptualización de la oportunidad hasta su validación, planificación, implementación, lanzamiento y seguimiento, asegurando el cumplimiento de hitos, responsables, dependencias y resultados esperados. Orquestar iniciativas trasversales • Actua como orquestador de las iniciativas de expansión, articulando marketing, académico, finanzas, operaciones, tecnología, comercial, legal / regulatorio y demás áreas involucradas. Gestionar el portafolio y seguimiento de iniciativas de expansión • Mantiene un portafolio priorizado de iniciativas, instala mecanismos de seguimiento de avances, riesgos, inversión y resultados, y asegura la evaluación post-lanzamiento frente al business case para capturar aprendizajes y oportunidades de escalamiento. Liderar y desarrollar al equipo Dirigir, desarrollar y dar seguimiento al desempeño del equipo a cargo (Jefaturas de Expansión Campus y Carreras, Analistas y Asistente), asegurando la capacidad de ejecución del área y el cumplimiento de los objetivos de expansión.
