Brindar atención y servicio de calidad a los clientes mediante la ejecución eficiente y segura de las operaciones de cajas de abono, contribuyendo a la recuperación de cartera, la colocación de productos financieros y experiencia en el servicio.

Responsibilities

• Brindar atención y servicio en cajas de abono, resolviendo dudas y solicitudes en el primer contacto, cumpliendo con los estándares de servicio para asegurar una experiencia ágil, clara y confiable. • Validar la identidad del cliente y ejecutar las operaciones financieras, comerciales y transaccionales conforme a los manuales y decisiones, para garantizar la correcta aplicación de los movimientos y mitigar riesgos operativos o de fraude. • Gestionar la recepción de abonos y procesos de recuperación de cartera mediante los modelos de negociación y alternativas de regularización vigentes, para contribuir al saneamiento de la cartera y cumplimiento de objetivos. • Identificar oportunidades de colocación durante la atención al cliente, promoviendo productos y servicios financieros conforme a las necesidades del cliente, para contribuir a los objetivos comerciales. • Promover soluciones de protección , ahorro y vinculación financiera, así como canalizar oportunidades de atención especializada cuando corresponda, para fortalecer la relación comercial y bienestar financiero del cliente. • Identificar oportunidades de venta cruzada y recompra durante la atención al cliente, promoviendo opciones para incentivar nuevas compras y fortalecer la vinculación comercial del cliente. • Ejecutar operaciones transaccionales y de servicio, como remesas, corresponsalías, pagos, actualizaciones y demás servicios, conforme a los estándares de servicio, para garantizar una atención eficiente y ampliar las soluciones disponibles para el cliente. • Orientar e impulsar al cliente en el uso de canales alternos y plataformas digitales para la realización de sus operaciones, con el propósito de optimizar los tiempos de atención, fortalecer su adopción y contribuir a una operación más eficiente del centro. • Salvaguardar los valores bajo su responsabilidad mediante el control del efectivo en caja, validación de autenticidad de billetes y documentos, así como el cumplimiento de los límites de efectivo y lineamientos para el manejo de valores, para prevenir posibles riesgos. • Cumplir con la capacitación asignada y normativa aplicable, incluyendo Prevención de Lavado de Dinero, para asegurar su ejecución.
