Job Description

Realizar de manera eficiente, segura y oportuna la carga, descarga y entrega de mercancía para surtidos a Tienda y domicilios. En Cedis Cross, asegurar la descarga ágil de tractocamiones, garantizando la integridad del producto, el cumplimiento de la jornada laboral y una experiencia memorable para el Cliente.

Responsibilities

• Carga y Descarga: Ejecutar la carga y descarga de mercancía en las cajas de tracto, garantizando el cumplimiento de los tiempos y movimientos establecidos en los procesos de Cedis/Cross Dock. • Nivel de Servicio : Trasladar y entregar el surtido a Tienda cumpliendo con las ventanas de tiempo establecidas, garantizando la disponibilidad física de los artículos para la venta. • Logística Inversa: Recolectar, validar y documentar la mercancía que retorna al CEDIS Regional o Cross Dock , asegurando su correcto manejo para evitar mermas adicionales. • Planeación de Ruta: Analizar el listado de entregas y saldos pendientes para ejecutar la ruta más eficiente, optimizando tiempos de traslado, consumo de combustible y asegurando la entrega en el menor tiempo posible. • Estiba y Acomodo : Asegurar el correcto acomodo, sujeción y protección de la mercancía dentro de la unidad de acuerdo con la secuencia de la ruta planeada con el objetivo de prevenir daños y optimizar el tiempo de maniobra en el domicilio. • Gestión de Excepciones: Contactar proactivamente al cliente ante datos de entrega insuficientes o incidencias en ruta, acordando soluciones inmediatas o reprogramaciones para evitar la generación de servicios no realizados o incumplimiento en la promesa de entrega. • Liquidación Digital: Liquidar el Control de Servicios en tiempo real utilizando la herramienta del dispositivo móvil, apegándose al Manual Técnico MCC Distribución Servicio al Cliente y Tienda, garantizando la trazabilidad, evidencias de entrega y cierre de estatus. • Mantenimiento de Flota: Realizar el Check-list vehicular diario para asegurar que la unidad se encuentre en óptimas condiciones físicas y mecánicas, reportando anomalías oportunamente, cuidando la limpieza y dando seguimiento a los mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos. • Cuidado de Herramientas de Trabajo: Mantener bajo resguardo y en óptimo funcionamiento el dispositivo móvil , reportando fallas al área de sistemas y asegurando la carga de batería necesaria para la jornada. • Experiencia del Cliente: Aplicar los protocolos de diálogo, imagen y atención estipulados en el manual, garantizando un trato empático y respetuoso, resolviendo dudas básicas en el punto de entrega para alcanzar el indicador de "Cero Quejas". • Seguridad Vial y Normativa: Conducir la unidad asignada con estricto apego a los reglamentos de tránsito locales y federales, respetando los límites de velocidad y aplicando técnicas de manejo defensivo para prevenir accidentes viales. • Seguridad Física y Patrimonial: Cumplir con los protocolos de prevención de pérdidas para salvaguardar la integridad personal y la mercancía a bordo. • Filtro de Calidad Previo: Inspeccionar visualmente el estado del empaque y la mercancía antes de cargarla a la unidad, reportando anomalías desde el CEDIS para evitar rechazos en el domicilio del cliente por daños de origen. • Seguridad e Higiene : Portar el uniforme completo y hacer uso obligatorio del Equipo de Protección Personal durante las maniobras de carga, descarga y entrega, aplicando técnicas ergonómicas para prevenir lesiones u ocurrencias de riesgo de trabajo.
