- Ofrecer la mejor experiencia a través de la atención telefónica a los clientes que son seleccionados por estrategia del negocio, para darles a conocer promociones vigentes o para conocer su opinicion respecto a su percepción de un producto o servicio.

Responsibilities

• Brindar una adecuada atención a los Clientes durante la llamada y/o chat con un lenguaje claro y apropiado para generar una buena comunicación con la persona que se tiene contacto. • Identificar necesidades, proyectar, persuadir, promocionar, dirigir al cliente a adquirir productos y/o servicios de BanCoppel, Coppel México, Coppel Argentina y servicios especiales. • Sondear a cliente mediante diálogos con base al historial de compra, promocionando telefónicamente la variedad de productos que se ofrecen para despertar su interés de realizar la compra en Tienda o en el portal. • Realizar llamadas y/o chats de calidad cumpliendo con los criterios y dialogos establecidos en la promoción de los productos y servicios para asegurar una adecuada atención al Cliente. • Cumplir con las metas establecidas para su campaña con la finalidad que los clientes acudan a Tienda para la activacion y uso de su Crédito Coppel. • Integrar características y beneficios a su diálogo conociendo las promociones y productos vigentes de coppel.com, para reforzar la gestión de venta con el Cliente. • Implementar las mejores prácticas derivadas de entrenamientos, capacitaciones y Clínicas de Diálogo, con el objetivo de tener un impacto positivo en la calidad de atención al Cliente. • Realizar las actividades con base en las políticas del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad de la Información , asegurando la confidencialidad, integridad y disponibilidad de la información de los Clientes. • Cumplir con los tiempos de conexión, de acuerdo a los Criterios de Evaluación del área de Calidad, para contar con Ejecutivos disponibles cuando se enlace la llamada y/o chat de manera automática por parte del sistema. • Realizar periódicamente rendición de cuentas a su jefe directo para revisar el cumplimiento de los principales indicadores de la campaña que opera con el fin de generar un plan de acción en caso de incumplimiento. • Asegurar que las Órdenes de ventas sean facturadas, verificando el estatus de compra en el sistema, para garantizar que el proceso se cierre exitosamente y así generar una buena experiencia de compra en el Cliente.
