Job Description

Acerca de:

  • Garantizar la alineación estratégica entre las necesidades funcionales del negocio y la solución SaaS, PaaS, IaaS a implementar, asegurando que su diseño y selección sean los óptimos para cumplir con los requerimientos dentro del ecosistema tecnológico del Grupo.

Responsabilidades:

  • Planificar y supervisar la implementación de casos de uso en módulos de la plataforma, atendiendo las necesidades particulares del cliente, apegándose a la capacidad de demanda con la que cuenta el área.
  • Elaborar la programación de necesidades de negocio que se identifican para la herramienta SaaS, (Software as a Service),PaaS (Plataforma as a Service), IaaS (Infraestructura como Servicio) con el objetivo de automatización de la herramienta.
  • Coordinar y guiar al equipo de Líderes de la plataforma en el desarrollo e implementación de soluciones complejas, asegurando la alineación con los objetivos del proyecto, los estándares técnicos y mejores prácticas.
  • Brindar asesoría y soporte para la selección del proveedor, participando activamente en la evaluación técnica/funcional de proveedores, RFI/RFP, y pruebas de concepto para asegurar la elección de la mejor solución fit estratégico.
  • Asegurar que se tengan todos los casos de uso a ejecutar durante la fase de pruebas garantizando que las soluciones desarrolladas por proveedores o equipo interno atiendan las necesidades del cliente interno.

Conocimientos:

  • Certificación Administrador de la Plataforma SAS
  • Conocimiento en módulos de SAS como Usamos Direct, Audiences.
  • Entendimiento de Mapa de procesos.
  • De plataforma SAS - CI360
  • 3 años como Experto Técnico o Consultor de Plataformas de Tecnología Enfocada al cliente

Estudios:

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería en Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones, Lic. Ingeniería de Sistemas y Computación, Lic. en Ciencias de Datos.
