Job Description

Acomodar, surtir y llevar control de la salida y entrada de la mercancía al inventario de las Secciones de Cedis , para cumplir con las órdenes de surtido en tienda, Cedis y entrega a Clientes.

Responsibilities

• Establecer comunicación constante con su Gerente de Sección, mediante la plática de seguimiento y revisión de su hoja de actividades del día, para asegurar la correcta aplicación de procesos y cumplir con sus funciones en los tiempos establecidos. • Llevar un registro de su trabajo mediante el llenado de la hoja de actividades diaria, para recibir retroalimentación sobre su trabajo y detectar áreas de mejora. • Mantenerse informado sobre cambios y políticas de la empresa mediante las decisiones y circulares de la empresa, para cumplir con las normas establecidas. • Realizar inventarios rotativos y conteos cíclicos, para mantener en orden la existencia física de la mercancía contra el sistema. • Mantener en buenas condiciones de las herramientas, equipos e instalaciones del área para propiciar el desempeño óptimo de sus funciones, buscando maximizar el tiempo de vida de cada una de ellas. • Realizar los procesos de selección en tiempo y forma de acuerdo con el manual operativo para cumplir con los tiempos de entregas de Tiendas, Cedis y Clientes. • Llevar a cabo el acomodo de la mercancía de acuerdo a la rotación de inventarios, al tipo de mercancía y estantería definida para el surtido, respetando el armado de tarimas completas y parciales, permitiendo mantener cercana la mercancía de mayor demanda a las salidas de la sección, reduciendo recorridos y tiempos de surtido. Exclusivas para Muebles: • Recibir la mercancía en la sección, mediante la identificación de carretas ubicadas en los puntos de concentración del área, con el objetivo de realizar inspección de calidad y continuar con el proceso de almacenamiento en posición final. • Realizar la recepción de Celulares, Joyería, Relojería y Óptica, validando facturas de proveedores, dando entrada al imei en sistema y pesando piezas de oro frente a cámara, para el correcto ingreso al inventario o ejecución de traspasos a Cedis correspondientes. Exclusivas para Ropa: • Etiquetar mercancía que haya solicitado cambio de precio o reclasificación en sistema, de acuerdo al manual de etiquetado, para garantizar el envío de mercancía a Tienda para su venta. • Recibir la mercancía realizando una inspección de calidad para asegurar que se entregue completa y en óptimas condiciones de venta, para continuar con el proceso de asignación en posición final.
