Le contexte

Dans le cadre du renforcement de l’équipe Excellence Opérationnelle et Data Analytics, rattachée à la Direction du Suivi des Apprenants, le poste a pour objectif de soutenir et consolider les outils de pilotage du pôle Expérience Apprenant. Vous interviendrez en appui du Responsable Business Operations et du Directeur du pôle Expérience Apprenant, en contribuant au déploiement, à l’optimisation et à la fiabilisation des dashboards de suivi, ainsi qu’à l’automatisation des processus de pilotage lorsque cela est pertinent.

Vos missions en tant que Stage – Business Operations Project Manager H/F :

  • Analyse des performances : Creation et suivi Dashboard, reporting, alertes… Identifier les inefficiences et mettre en place les solutions envisagées.
  • Gestion des opérations : Lean management, optimisation/suppression des tâches récurrentes ou inutiles
  • Mise en place et optimisation des outils : Outils de ticketing, phoning avec les bonnes features, plan de charge, forecasting… Communication / gestion de projet Coordination avec différents départements (opérations, data, product)

Profil recherché :

  • Ecole d’ingénieur ou de commerce
  • Fortes compétences analytiques pour interpréter les données, fournir des recommandations stratégiques et construire les outils de pilotage pertinents (excel, SQL, Looker)
  • Appétence pour l’amélioration continue des processus et le lean management
  • Intérêt pour les nouvelles technologies (low ou no code)
  • Énergique, curieux et motivé par les résultats
  • A l’aise pour travailler avec différentes équipes et différents profils
  • Sens business développé pour rapidement identifier les actions à fort impact et fournir des solutions créatives
