Met onze focus op innovatieve HR-oplossingen in uitzendarbeid en rekrutering voor vaste tewerkstelling, biedt Skillflex totaaloplossingen aan bedrijven die hun teams willen versterken. Als snelgroeiende HR-dienstverlener maken we deel uit van de internationale Adéquat Group, actief in 8 landen met meer dan 380 kantoren. Voor onze vestigingen in Wilrijk en Mechelen zoeken we een ondernemende RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT die samen met het huidige team wil groeien.

Jouw functie als RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT:

Jij bent dé drijvende kracht achter het succesvol plaatsen van kandidaten bij onze klanten. Je werkt actief aan het invullen van vacatures en bouwt tegelijkertijd sterke relaties op met klanten en kandidaten.

Wat ga je doen als RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT:

  • Actief kandidaten plaatsen:

Je benadert en selecteert de beste kandidaten en zorgt voor een succesvolle match met de vacature. Je neemt initiatief om openstaande posities snel en efficiënt in te vullen.

  • Commercieel resultaat behalen:

Je werkt doelgericht aan het uitbreiden van je klantenportefeuille door proactief contact te leggen, nieuwe kansen te spotten en klanten te adviseren over hun personeelsbehoefte.

  • Relatiebeheer

Je onderhoudt intensief contact met klanten en kandidaten, bouwt vertrouwen op en zorgt voor een langdurige samenwerking.

  • Samenwerken en ontwikkelen

Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s en draagt bij aan een positieve teamdynamiek. Ook blijf je jezelf ontwikkelen binnen het recruitmentvak.

  • Procesoptimalisatie

Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van het recruitmentproces en denkt mee over verbeteringen in interne procedures.

REF. WIL

  • Je hebt een bachelorsdiploma, of gelijkwaardige ervaring die jou commerciële en organisatorische inzichten heeft gegeven.
  • Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands. Frans of Engels is mooi meegenomen!
  • Je denkt in kansen, neemt initiatief en beschikt over commerciële flair.
  • Je motiveert en ontwikkelt je team, met oog voor talent en samenwerking.
  • Je houdt van afwisseling en weet je flexibel aan te passen.
  • Je denkt in oplossingen, bent creatief en ziet in elke uitdaging een nieuwe kans.
  • Je woont in of nabij Wilrijk of dichte omgeving en kijkt met een frisse, nieuwsgierige blik naar de lokale bedrijfswereld.
