O Grupo Smart (Smart Café e WizMart) está em busca de um(a) SDR / Hunter com perfil proativo, comunicativo e focado em resultados para estruturar e acelerar nossa prospecção outbound de novos negócios!

Modo de Contratação e Trabalho

  • Modelo: PJ (Pessoa Jurídica)
  • Jornada: Presencial, de segunda a sexta-feira
  • Local: Bairro da Glória — Rio de Janeiro / RJ

Objetivo da Função

Identificar, prospectar e qualificar potenciais clientes para as marcas WizMart e Smart Café, conduzindo contatos e reuniões comerciais estratégicas com foco no agendamento de visitas qualificadas para os representantes de vendas.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Prospecção Ativa Outbound: Realizar contatos diários via telefone, WhatsApp, e-mail, LinkedIn e ferramentas de inteligência comercial.
  • Qualificação de Leads: Trabalhar prospects direcionados pelo BDR, complementar dados e validar a aderência ao perfil de cliente ideal (ICP).
  • Mapeamento de Tomadores de Decisão: Acessar interlocutores e influenciadores nas áreas de RH, Facilities, Compras e Administração.
  • Diagnóstico Comercial: Qualificar oportunidades levantando número de colaboradores por unidade, turnos, fornecedores atuais, estrutura existente e potencial de implantação.
  • Mapeamento de Processos de Compra: Identificar prazos, modelos de contratação e oportunidades de participação em BIDs e concorrências.
  • Reuniões e Apresentações: Conduzir reuniões comerciais consultivas com foco na apresentação de soluções e cases.
  • Agendamento de Visitas: Confirmar reuniões presenciais para os representantes comerciais, alinhando objetivos, participantes e briefing completo da oportunidade.
  • Gestão de Cadência & CRM: Fazer follow-ups estruturados, contornar objeções, registrar 100% das interações no CRM e acompanhar indicadores de produtividade e conversão.
  • Alinhamento Contínuo: Manter sinergia constante com os representantes comerciais sobre o andamento e a evolução de cada oportunidade.

Requisitos e Perfil Desejado

  • Experiência prévia em pré-vendas (SDR/BDR) ou prospecção B2B.
  • Domínio de técnicas de abordagem por e-mail, telefone, LinkedIn e WhatsApp.
  • Habilidade no uso de CRM e ferramentas de vendas/inteligência comercial.
  • Comunicação clara, perfil persuasivo, resiliente e focado no atingimento de metas.
  • Facilidade para trabalhar presencialmente no bairro da Glória.
