Objetivo del Puesto

Dirigir la operación comercial y operativa de la unidad de negocio, asegurando el cumplimiento de metas de ventas, rentabilidad, cobranza, recuperación y eficiencia operativa.

La posición requiere un perfil altamente orientado a resultados, acostumbrado al manejo intensivo de KPIs, control operativo, seguimiento a cartera y liderazgo de equipos numerosos bajo esquemas de alta presión comercial.

Buscamos líderes que sepan operar con disciplina, seguimiento diario y enfoque total en resultados.

  • Control de flujo y rentabilidad

Responsabilidades Principales

Gestión Comercial y Rentabilidad

  • Ejecutar estrategias comerciales enfocadas en crecimiento y rentabilidad.
  • Asegurar cumplimiento de metas comerciales y operativas.
  • Monitorear ventas, productividad y desempeño de la operación.
  • Analizar KPIs y generar planes de acción correctivos.

Cobranza y Cartera (Punto Crítico)

  • Supervisar recuperación de cartera y cobranza.
  • Implementar estrategias preventivas y correctivas para reducción de morosidad.
  • Dar seguimiento puntual a indicadores de recuperación y cartera vencida.
  • Coordinar acciones con operación para asegurar flujo saludable.

Liderazgo de Equipos

  • Dirigir equipos comerciales y operativos de alto volumen.
  • Asegurar disciplina operativa y seguimiento diario.
  • Desarrollar talento y asegurar cumplimiento de objetivos.
  • Supervisar indicadores individuales y grupales.

Gestión Operativa

  • Supervisar la correcta ejecución de la operación diaria.
  • Garantizar cumplimiento de procesos, políticas y controles.
  • Coordinar operación, atención al cliente y administración general.
  • Detectar áreas de mejora y ejecutar acciones correctivas.

Planeación y Control

  • Elaborar seguimiento a presupuestos e indicadores.
  • Analizar desempeño operativo y financiero.
  • Presentar reportes ejecutivos y resultados.

Perfil Requerido

Escolaridad

Licenciatura concluida o trunca en:

  • Administración
  • Finanzas
  • Negocios
  • Mercadotecnia
  • O carrera afín

Experiencia Indispensable

Mínimo 3 años en posiciones gerenciales o regionales Experiencia en financieras, microfinancieras o empresas de cobranza y colocación Manejo de equipos numerosos y operación diaria Experiencia sólida en:
