Gerente de Auditoría (Interna y Externa)

Ubicación: Ciudad de México

Rango salarial: $80,000 a $90,000 MXN brutos mensuales

Modalidad: Presencial

Objetivo del puesto

Diseñar, implementar y supervisar el plan anual de auditoría bajo un enfoque basado en riesgos, asegurando la razonabilidad de la información financiera, el fortalecimiento del control interno y la correcta ejecución de políticas y procesos operativos, financieros e inmobiliarios de la compañía.

Será responsable de combinar una visión técnica financiera (auditoría externa y estados financieros) con una visión operativa y preventiva (auditoría interna y procesos).

Principales Responsabilidades

Auditoría Financiera (Enfoque Externo)

  • Revisión y análisis de estados financieros bajo normativa vigente (NIF / IFRS).
  • Supervisión de balanzas de comprobación y análisis de variaciones.
  • Evaluación del adecuado registro contable y razonabilidad de cifras.
  • Coordinación con auditores externos y seguimiento a requerimientos.
  • Identificación de riesgos financieros y propuesta de acciones correctivas.

Auditoría Interna (Enfoque Operativo y Preventivo)

  • Elaboración y ejecución del Plan Anual de Auditoría basado en riesgos.
  • Evaluación del sistema de control interno bajo marco COSO.
  • Revisión y mejora de políticas, procedimientos y controles internos.
  • Auditorías a procesos clave: contabilidad, tesorería, inventarios, cuentas por pagar, cuentas por cobrar y áreas operativas.
  • Seguimiento a observaciones y planes de remediación.
  • Implementación de esquemas de monitoreo continuo y prevención de riesgos.

Auditoría Inmobiliaria

  • Revisión de contratos de arrendamiento.
  • Validación de condiciones financieras y operativas de inmuebles.
  • Análisis de rentabilidad por unidad inmobiliaria.
  • Supervisión del cumplimiento contractual y control documental.

Gestión y Gobierno Corporativo

  • Elaboración de reportes ejecutivos para Dirección y Consejo.
  • Coordinación y supervisión de equipo de auditoría (si aplica).
  • Implementación o fortalecimiento del sistema COSO.
  • Cultura de autocontrol y administración de riesgos dentro de la organización.

Perfil Requerido

  • Licenciatura en Contaduría Pública.
  • Deseable Maestría en Finanzas, Auditoría o certificaciones (CIA, CISA, etc.).
  • Experiencia mínima de 6–8 años en auditoría.
  • Haber trabajado en despacho (Big Four o similar).
  • Experiencia en empresas del sector retail (deseable).
  • Experiencia comprobable en implementación o evaluación bajo marco COSO.
  • Sólidos conocimientos en: Estados financieros Control interno Normatividad contable Gestión de riesgos
  • Manejo de herramientas de análisis de datos (ACL, IDEA, Power BI, Excel avanzado).
