En Smilics Technologies buscamos a un profesional para cubrir la vacante de Dirección de Calidad, Sostenibilidad y SGI que lidere la estrategia de Calidad y del Sistema de Gestión Integral de la compañía, impulsando la mejora continua, el cumplimiento normativo y la sostenibilidad como palancas de crecimiento del negocio.

Buscamos una persona con visión estratégica, capacidad de liderazgo y experiencia en entornos industriales o tecnológicos, que quiera contribuir a la evolución de una empresa innovadora y en plena transformación.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Definir, implantar y evolucionar la estrategia de Calidad, Sostenibilidad y Sistema de Gestión Integral, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares internacionales, la mejora continua de los procesos y el alineamiento con los objetivos estratégicos de SMILICS.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

  • Definir e implantar la estrategia corporativa de Calidad, Sostenibilidad y SGI.
  • Liderar los sistemas de gestión basados en las normas ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 e ISO 27001.
  • Planificar y coordinar auditorías internas, externas y de certificación.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de la legislación aplicable en calidad, medio ambiente, PRL y sostenibilidad.
  • Definir, analizar y realizar el seguimiento de los principales indicadores (KPIs) del área.
  • Liderar proyectos de mejora continua, Lean Management y optimización de procesos.
  • Gestionar la relación con organismos certificadores, administraciones públicas, clientes y otras partes interesadas.
  • Impulsar iniciativas de sostenibilidad, eficiencia operativa y gestión responsable de los recursos.
  • Asesorar a la Dirección General y al Comité de Dirección en la toma de decisiones estratégicas relacionadas con Calidad y SGI.
  • Promover una cultura de calidad, sostenibilidad y mejora continua en toda la organización.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería Industrial, Organización Industrial, Ciencias Ambientales o similar.
  • Experiencia consolidada liderando Sistemas de Gestión Integrados y manteniendo certificaciones ISO.
  • Conocimiento de legislación en calidad, medio ambiente, PRL y sostenibilidad.
  • Experiencia liderando auditorías y proyectos de mejora continua.
  • Capacidad para analizar indicadores y transformar datos en decisiones.
  • Nivel alto de español.
  • Valoraremos especialmente experiencia previa en empresas industriales o tecnológicas; conocimientos de ISO 27001; experiencia en reporting ESG y sostenibilidad corporativa; conocimientos de Lean, Six Sigma o metodologías de excelencia operacional.
