En Smilics Technologies buscamos incorporar un/a Técnico/a de Soporte Técnico y Calidad para nuestro equipo de Calidad.

Buscamos una persona con un perfil técnico, práctico y resolutivo, a la que le guste trabajar con producto, investigar incidencias y encontrar soluciones.

¿Qué harás?

  • Realizar pruebas y validaciones de firmware y software de nuestros productos.
  • Resolver consultas e incidencias técnicas de clientes.
  • Dar soporte durante procesos de commissioning y puesta en marcha.
  • Diagnosticar problemas técnicos y gestionar devoluciones de producto (RMA).
  • Colaborar con Industrialización y Calidad en el análisis de incidencias de fabricación y hardware.
  • Participar en la mejora de herramientas y bancos de pruebas.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • FP de Grado Superior en Sistemas Electrotécnicos y Automatizados, Electrónica, Automatización o similar. También valoraremos titulaciones universitarias técnicas.
  • Conocimientos de electricidad/electrónica y manejo de equipos electrónicos.
  • Conocimientos de programación, especialmente Python.
  • Inglés B2 o superior.
  • Orientación al cliente, capacidad de análisis y ganas de aprender.

Valoraremos experiencia previa en electrónica, programación, testing, soporte técnico o resolución de incidencias, aunque también estamos abiertos a perfiles con una buena base técnica adquirida durante su formación.
