En Smilics Technologies tenemos una vacante de Dirección de IT para liderar la estrategia tecnológica de la compañía y acompañar la evolución y digitalización del negocio.

Buscamos una persona con visión global de IT, capacidad de liderazgo y orientación a negocio, capaz de combinar estrategia, tecnología, ciberseguridad y gestión, asegurando al mismo tiempo la continuidad y eficiencia de nuestros sistemas. Buscamos una persona con pensamiento crítico, visión analítica y orientación a resultados, capaz de comunicar e influir en diferentes niveles de la organización.

Tu misión

Reportando directamente a Dirección General, serás responsable de definir y liderar la estrategia tecnológica de SMILICS, garantizando la disponibilidad, seguridad y evolución de nuestra infraestructura, sistemas y aplicaciones.

Tendrás un papel clave en la digitalización de la compañía, la ciberseguridad y Seguridad de la Información, conectando las necesidades del negocio con soluciones tecnológicas eficientes, escalables y seguras.

Responsabilidades

  • Definir y desplegar la estrategia y el roadmap tecnológico y de digitalización.
  • Liderar la evolución de la infraestructura, sistemas, comunicaciones y aplicaciones corporativas.
  • Garantizar la disponibilidad, rendimiento y continuidad de los servicios IT.
  • Liderar la estrategia de ciberseguridad y Seguridad de la Información, incluyendo gestión de riesgos, controles, vulnerabilidades y respuesta ante incidentes.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos asociados al SGSI / ISO 27001 y participar en auditorías.
  • Liderar proyectos tecnológicos, integraciones entre sistemas y nuevas soluciones digitales.
  • Gestionar el servicio de Help Desk y desarrollar al equipo de IT, estableciendo prioridades y objetivos.
  • Gestionar el portfolio de software, aplicaciones, licencias y herramientas corporativas.
  • Elaborar y gestionar el presupuesto de IT, buscando la eficiencia y optimización de costes.
  • Gestionar proveedores tecnológicos, contratos y niveles de servicio.
  • Asesorar a Dirección y a las diferentes áreas de la compañía sobre riesgos, oportunidades y decisiones con impacto tecnológico.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Formación universitaria en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Sistemas o ámbito tecnológico similar.
  • Al menos 5 años de experiencia profesional en IT, con experiencia en infraestructura/sistemas, proyectos tecnológicos y ciberseguridad o Seguridad de la Información.
  • Conocimientos sólidos de infraestructura IT, sistemas, redes y arquitectura tecnológica.
  • Experiencia en gestión de proyectos tecnológicos, integraciones y/o transformación digital.
  • Conocimientos de ciberseguridad, gestión de riesgos, continuidad y cumplimiento.
  • Capacidad para gestionar proveedores, contratos, licencias y presupuesto IT.
  • Catalán y castellano a nivel profesional. Valoraremos especialmente un inglés B2 o equivalente.
