Van Wijnen Engineering is onderdeel van Van Wijnen: een nuchtere, mensgerichte bouwer met korte lijnen en een sterke focus op samenwerking en kwaliteit. Wat ga je doen?

Als Constructeur ben jij de rekenkundige en adviserende spil achter veilige, haalbare en uitvoerbare ontwerpen. Je toetst ontwerpen constructief, maakt berekeningen en adviseert klanten en interne projectteams.

Je werkt aan zowel interne projecten als externe opdrachten en bent betrokken bij uiteenlopende constructieve vraagstukken: van schade en funderingen tot detailconstructies, zoals de constructieve uitwerking van bijvoorbeeld een balkon.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Constructieve haalbaarheid berekenen en ontwerpen toetsen
  • Adviseren richting klant en interne projectteams
  • Werken aan schade-, funderings- en detailvraagstukken
  • Regelmatig op locatie aanwezig zijn om je werk in de praktijk terug te zien
  • Planning bewaken en tijdig opleveren van berekeningen
  • Werken met tools zoals AutoCAD, Tekla, Revit en Technosoft

  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als constructeur (junior) óf 10–15 jaar (medior), bij voorkeur recente ervaring;
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in woningbouw (woningbouw/utiliteitsbouw als relevante sectorervaring);
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en cijfermatig inzicht (je maakt en toetst constructieve berekeningen);
  • Goed in plannen & organiseren en het halen van deadlines;
  • Communicatief vaardig en in staat om te adviseren richting klant en interne projectteams;
  • Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal;
  • Ervaring met/affiniteit met AutoCAD, Tekla, Revit en rekenprogramma’s zoals Technosoft;
  • Je bent echt een “wizkid”: scherp, precies en nieuwsgierig naar de beste constructieve oplossing.
