Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Kirchentellinsfurt (Lkr. Tübingen) suchen wir in Vollzeit (40 Std.), einen zusätzlichen Elektroniker für den Bereich der Softing – Messtechnik. Organisation, Aufbau, Reparaturen, Kundenspezifische Anpassungen, sowie die Kommunikation mit dem Kunden gehören hierbei zu den Kernaufgaben.

Ihre Aufgaben

Sie arbeiten an einer Produktpalette von rund 65 unterschiedlichen Messmodulen mit teilweise sehr unterschiedlicher Hardwarearchitektur. Endmontage, Reparatur, Hardwaremodifikationen und Qualitätssicherung erfolgen vollständig an unserem Standort.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:

  • Fehleranalyse und Reparatur kompletter Messsysteme und auf Baugruppenebene
  • Durchführung und Auswertung von Produktions- und Funktionstests zur systematischen Fehlerlokalisierung, sowie VDE-Prüfungen
  • Analytische Fehlersuche und Reparatur mittels Schaltplananalyse und Signalverfolgung
  • Austausch defekter elektronischer Bauteile auf Leiterplatten
  • Abstimmung von Reparaturmaßnahmen mit unseren Kunden
  • Montage, Umbau und kundenspezifische Anpassung von Messsystemen
  • Produktionsbegleitung einschließlich Endprüfung und Freigabe der Geräte
  • Analyse von Kommunikationsproblemen zwischen verschiedenen Systemkomponenten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Produktion (Zulieferer) und Qualitätsmanagement
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der technischen Dokumentation sowie Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Prüf- und Reparaturprozessen

Ihr Profil

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroniker, Elektrotechniker, staatlich geprüfter Techniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

Darüber hinaus bringen Sie idealerweise folgende Kenntnisse mit:

  • Erfahrung in der Analyse und Reparatur elektronischer Baugruppen
  • Gutes Verständnis von komplexen Schaltungen (Analog und Digital) und Umgang mit Schaltplänen.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Messmitteln wie Digitalmultimeter und Oszilloskop
  • Kenntnisse im Nachverfolgen elektrischer Signale auf Leiterplatten
  • Löterfahrung beim Austausch elektronischer Bauteile
  • Grundverständnis digitaler Kommunikationsschnittstellen (z. B. CAN, I2C) und deren Signalverhalten von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, analytische und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft sowie Freude daran, komplexe technische Zusammenhänge zu verstehen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch, in Wort und Schrift.
  • Grundlegende Englisch Kenntnisse.
  • EDV-Kenntnisse: MS Excel & Word, SAP von Vorteil.
