Ihre Aufgaben

  • Du erfasst Geschäftsprozesse gemeinsam mit IT und Fachbereichen und erstellst verständliche Dokumentationen zu Abläufen, unserer SAP-Lösung und Best Practices.
  • Mit SAP Enable Now erstellst du Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitungen und Lerninhalte, mit denen Kolleginnen und Kollegen Prozesse selbst nachvollziehen können.
  • Du erstellst und pflegst Testfälle für das SAP Test Automation Tool, unterstützt Testläufe und dokumentierst Ergebnisse sowie Auffälligkeiten.
  • Du strukturierst unsere Wissenssammlung, bereitest Antworten auf häufige Fragen auf und hältst Inhalte bei Änderungen aktuell.
  • Du unterstützt die Nachbereitung des deutschen Go-lives und die Vorbereitung des US-Rollouts, etwa durch abgestimmte Anleitungen, Checklisten und Tests.

Ihr Profil

  • Du studierst Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL mit Schwerpunkt Digitalisierung oder Prozessmanagement, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Informatik oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang.
  • Du möchtest verstehen, wie Geschäftsprozesse und IT zusammenwirken, und hast Freude daran, komplexe Abläufe klar zu erklären.
  • Du arbeitest sorgfältig und strukturiert, fragst bei Unklarheiten nach und stimmst dich gern mit anderen ab.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse, auch für die Erstellung von Dokumentationen.
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit SAP, Prozessmodellierung, Lerninhalten oder Softwaretests sind ein Plus. SAP-Vorkenntnisse sind keine Voraussetzung; entscheidend ist deine Bereitschaft, dich einzuarbeiten.
