Description du poste

Vous serez responsable de la gestion complète des projets d’Installations de Recharges pour Véhicules Electriques, depuis l’étude de faisabilité jusqu’à la livraison des installations, tout en garantissant la qualité, la sécurité, le respect des délais, et l’optimisation des coûts. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la coordination de l’ensemble des parties prenantes.

Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

  • Conception et planification : Élaborer des études de faisabilité, définir les besoins techniques et humains pour chaque projet, et établir le budget et le planning.
  • Coordination et suivi : Assurer la coordination des équipes internes et des sous-traitants, et superviser l'avancement des travaux sur site.
  • Optimisation et amélioration continue : Proposer des solutions pour optimiser les ressources, minimiser les coûts et améliorer la performance des installations.
  • Gestion des relations : Entretenir des relations solides avec les parties prenantes, y compris les clients, les fournisseurs, et les partenaires institutionnels.
  • Veille technologique : Suivre les évolutions des technologies et des pratiques dans le domaine de l’IRVE pour proposer des innovations aux projets en cours et futurs.

Qualifications

  • Formation : Bac+5 en école de d’ingénieur ou équivalent.
  • Expérience professionnelle de 3-5 ans en gestion de projets techniques, idéalement dans les secteurs de l’IRVE ;
  • Connaissances : logiciels de gestion de projet et de conception et simulation, dimensionnement des installations énergétiques et règlementations afférentes, normes de sécurité et environnementales applicables, forte sensibilité aux enjeux de transition énergétique
