CONNECTER

Donner accès au numérique en construisant les réseaux : nous concevons, construisons et raccordons les réseaux de communication fixes et mobiles, publics et privés.

INTEGRER

Donner vie aux nouveaux usages numériques en intégrant les solutions connectées : nous concevons, assemblons, et mettons en service les dispositifs d’objets connectés (smart city, bornes de recharge électrique, bornes interactives, capteurs et compteurs intelligents...) et les solutions de sûreté (vidéoprotection, contrôle d’accès...) adaptées aux besoins des collectivités et des entreprises des secteurs de la Défense, du Retail ou encore des Transports.

EXPLOITER

Garantir la qualité de l’expérience numérique en maintenant les solutions : nous fournissons un service multitechnique de proximité pour gérer et maintenir les réseaux, les équipements informatiques et les solutions numériques des entreprises (interventions sur site, help desk, infogérance ...).

Description du poste

Au sein de nos activités d'interventions clients vous serez rattaché à un Responsable d'Activité.

Vous piloterez les équipes (part propre et sous-traitance) et prendrez en charge le suivi de vos chantiers en Raccordement FTTH D3.

Dans ce cadre, vos principales missions sont :

  • Organiser le planning d’exécution des interventions
  • Définir les moyens humains, matériels et techniques à mettre en œuvre
  • Superviser l’exécution des chantiers et assurez une gestion rigoureuse de vos chantiers (respect des budgets d’heures, de la qualité, du matériel et des délais d’exécution)
  • Garantir la bonne relation entre la société et les représentants de ses clients
  • Assurer l’organisation et la coordination des équipes de sous-traitant
  • Assurer le reporting financier et administratif de vos chantiers
  • Garantir la bonne application des consignes d’hygiène, de qualité et de sécurité sur vos chantiers

Qualifications

De formation BAC+2 minimum, vous justifiez idéalement d’une première expérience en fibre optique ou cuivre.

Vous avez des connaissances en Telecom, en organisation, en planification et pilotage de la sous-traitance.

Vous êtes autonome et réactif, et vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques (Word, Excel, ...).
