Depuis près de 30 ans, nous accompagnons nos clients dans la conception, l'installation, la maintenance et l'exploitation de solutions de sécurité sur mesure (détection intrusion, contrôle d'accès, vidéoprotection, détection incendie, hypervision).

Au cœur d'Eryma, notre centre de télésurveillance (TLS) joue un rôle primordial : assurer la surveillance continue et réactive des sites de nos clients 24h/24 et 7j/7.

Ce que nous vous offrons :

  • Rémunération : Salaire brut fixe à partir de 1 965 € / mois
  • Type de contrat : CDD de 6 mois (35h par semaine)
  • Organisation du travail : Vacations 24/7 (jours, nuits, week-ends et jours fériés) avec un suivi sur un rythme en rotation glissante sur 4 semaines
  • Primes & Majorations :Prime de performance basée sur des objectifs mensuels Majorations tarifaires pour les heures de nuit, de week-end et de jours fériés Heures supplémentaires payées selon la réglementation
  • Restauration : Prime panier repas de 6,00 € net par jour travaillé
  • Accompagnement : Parcours d'intégration, formation continue et perspectives au sein du Groupe Sogetrel

Description du poste

Votre rôle : Veiller sur la sécurité des personnes et des biens

Rattaché(e) au Chef de poste, vous assurez la sécurité des sites de nos clients (particuliers et professionnels) depuis notre centre de veille en toute autonomie et dans le respect des procédures clients.

Vos missions principales :

  • Traitement des alarmes : Analyser les déclenchements (intrusion, incendie, alertes techniques, inondations) et consulter les historiques.
  • Levée de doute : Effectuer les vérifications requises par appels téléphoniques ou contrôle vidéo à distance.
  • Télé-assistance & Interpellation : Accompagner par vidéo l'accès aux sites, réaliser des télé-interpellations et alerter les forces de l'ordre si nécessaire.
  • Gestion des appels & Traçabilité : Gérer les appels téléphoniques entrants et renseigner rigoureusement les supports d'intervention.

Qualifications

Le profil recherché

Prérequis réglementaires & Qualifications :

  • Carte professionnelle obligatoire : Titulaire d'une carte professionnelle CNAPS en cours de validité (CQP Télésurveillance ou OVT).
  • Autorisation CNAPS & Casier : Casier judiciaire vierge de toute mention (vérification préalable réalisée par le CNAPS / Ministère de l'Intérieur).

Aptitudes & Compétences :

  • Horaires : Capacité et disponibilité pour travailler en rythme de vacations 24/7 (jours, nuits, week-ends, jours fériés).
  • Communication & Informatique : Parfaite maîtrise du français (oral/écrit) et très bonne aisance avec l'outil informatique.
  • Savoir-être : Autonomie, sang-froid, réactivité, rigueur et sens des responsabilités.
