Description du poste

Rattaché(e) à la Commerciale Grands Comptes en charge d'un portefeuille de comptes clients stratégiques, le stagiaire intervient en support sur le pilotage national de ces comptes, en lien avec les 7 agences du réseau et les équipes commerciales, opérations & exploitation.

Missions principales

Relation client & coordination interne

  • Participer aux échanges avec les clients Grands Comptes en soutien de la commerciale (préparation de rendez-vous, comptes rendus, suivi des actions)
  • Assurer une interface de premier niveau entre le client et les équipes internes (commerciales, opérations, exploitation, agences) sur le suivi courant des dossiers
  • Contribuer au suivi des déploiements opérationnels IRVE : assister la coordination avec les parties prenantes internes, remontée des points de blocage, suivi des jalons du planning
  • Participer à l'organisation de points de suivi (comités de pilotage, points d'avancement)
  • Centraliser les informations remontées par les 7 agences (avancement des devis, chantiers en cours, retours terrain)
  • Contribuer à la satisfaction client en assurant un suivi rigoureux des engagements et des délais contractuels

Reporting & pilotage

  • Piloter et mettre à jour les outils de pilotage (4 M€) : avancement des devis, statut des chantiers, indicateurs de satisfaction
  • Fiabiliser et mettre à jour les données dans le CRM (opportunités, historique des échanges, statuts contractuels)
  • Produire des reportings réguliers à destination des clients (revues mensuelles, rendez-vous client…)
  • Analyser les écarts entre standards contractuels/clients et réalité terrain, et proposer des axes d'amélioration
  • Préparer les supports de présentation pour les comités de pilotage

Missions transverses

  • Participer ponctuellement au suivi de la phase chantier après validation des devis
  • Contribuer à l'harmonisation des pratiques entre les 7 agences sur le respect des standards
  • Participer à des projets d'amélioration continue des outils de pilotage/reporting

Qualifications

Vous êtes actuellement en Master (commerce, école d'ingénieur...) et recherchez un stage de 6 mois à partir de janvier.
