The posting

Ofrecer apoyo técnico en hardware y software a los clientes internos y externos.

Requisitos:

  • Grado Asociado en Sistemas de Información, Ciencias de Computadoras o campo relacionado, más la experiencia indicada en el siguiente inciso; o Bachillerato universitario.
  • Experiencia mínima de un año como Técnico de Tecnología Informática, Sistemas de Información o en funciones similares. Experiencia mínima de tres años como Técnico de Tecnología Informática, Sistemas de Información o en funciones similares.

Funciones:

1. Comunicarse con el cliente y/o personal que genere la llamada o boleto de servicio para identificar y diagnosticar los problemas con el funcionamiento del software para determinar si el servicio se realizará de manera remota o presencial. 2. Atender las llamadas telefónicas de clientes y personal interno para orientarlos y apoyarlos de manera oportuna. 3. Dar servicio de apoyo técnico (trouble shooting) de acuerdo con el problema identificado. 4. Establecer comunicación efectiva con el personal técnico de otras compañías para realizar consultas de situaciones identificadas al momento de brindar el apoyo técnico a los clientes. 5. Llevar a cabo instalaciones de software y hardware en clientes internos y externos, en el tiempo definido. 6. Colocar los módulos de las actualizaciones (upgrades y updates), en los archivos correspondientes de los clientes para mantener el funcionamiento óptimo de los sistemas. 7. Crear usuarios y contraseñas para la utilización de los módulos del programa. 8. Realizar las instalaciones de interface y realizar las pruebas de intercambio de información entre el analizador y el sistema.
