Estamos em busca de um Analista de Dados para vaga 100% presencial com atuação em Nova Friburgo, para atuar em projetos estratégicos que conectam tecnologia, processos e dados. Procuramos alguém com raciocínio lógico apurado, boa gestão de tempo e projetos, além de facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.

Graduação completa (bacharelado ou técnologo) em áreas correlatas: Ciência de Dados, Estatística, Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, ou áreas afins.

Requisitos e qualificações:

  • Experiência como analista de dados ou função equivalente
  • Domínio de SQL para consulta e análise de dados
  • Experiência com ferramentas de BI e visualização (ex: Power BI, Looker, Tableu ou similares)
  • Conhecimento intermediário a avançado em Excel
  • Boa base em estatística descritiva e interpretação de dados
  • Experiência trabalhando com métricas de negócio Desejáveis:
  • Versionamento de código com Git
  • Noções de Python para análises exploratórias
  • Automação de dashboards e relatórios recorrentes (DAX, M)
  • Experiência com automação de rotinas de dados (extração, tratamento e atualização) usando Python e /ou VBA

Conhecimentos adicionais (diferenciais):

  • Conhecimento básico de modelagem analítica para melhor leitura das camadas analíticas em um datalake
  • Experiência com análises causais, testes A/B ou experimentação
  • Certificação ou cursos em RPA

Atribições do cargo (tarefas a serem realizadas):

  • Realizar análises exploratórias, diagnósticas e explicativas sobre os dados
  • Traduzir dados complexos em Insights claros, acionáveis e orientados à decisão
  • Apoiar a definição, acompanhamento e interpretação de KPIs e métricas de negócio
  • Construir e manter dashboards, relatórios e análises ad hoc para diferentes públicos (operacional, tático e executivo)
  • Investigar variações, desvios e tendências
  • Atuar em parceria com as áreas de negócio, ajudando a formular as perguntas certas eestruturar hipóteses analíticas
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com o time de Processos e Tecnologia, sinalizando gaps de dados, inconsistências e necessidades de evolução da camada analítica
  • Comunicar resultados de forma clara, estruturada e orientada a impacto
